One reason why I think fitness is important and want everyone to do it.
I think everyone should do fitness because if you don’t get enough you’re body can get tired and give up, like your legs and feet could feel weak when you sometimes walk. Everyone needs their fitness sometimes even if you don’t run you are still getting fit by just having a walk if you are being lazy and just sitting on the couch all day every day how are you supposed to get your fitness, it’s okay to lay down sometimes but it’s always good to keep your fitness going.
My opinion on how long a day you should exersize
Some days when you go out and have a walk you should at least have 10 to 15 minutes sometimes even if you’re walking, jogging or running as long as you got your fitness.
Why I sometimes like fitness.
I sometimes like fitness even if i’m not in the mood for fitness I still do it anyways that’s why i’m pushing you to do your fitness at least once a day. Today I have done fitness with my school.
If you do not like fitness
If you don’t like Fitness you are even doing it without noticing because you are walking around in your house or even but even if you don’t like fitness you have to do it sometimes at least. I’m not forcing you to do it i’m just saying that it’s good to get fit sometimes.
